We provide professional IT services, digital solutions, and software-related services. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy outlined below.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of payment unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or contract.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not yet started, and a cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame

Services were not delivered as agreed due to an issue solely caused by us

A duplicate or incorrect payment was made
Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or not applicable, depending on the stage of project completion.
Non-Refundable Services

Digital products, software, source code, or downloadable materials

Consultation fees, discovery sessions, or setup charges

Custom development work once initiated

Maintenance, support, or subscription-based services already rendered
Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project:

Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly

Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the remaining scope of work
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received:

We will review the request and assess eligibility

You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
