Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of IT and digital services by Elite IT Works (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Elite IT Works provides professional IT and digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development

• Software and application development

• Digital marketing services

• IT consulting and technical support

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of services are defined and agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery

• Grant necessary access to systems, accounts, or platforms when required

• Respond promptly to communication to avoid project delays

Elite IT Works is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, lack of cooperation, or late approvals from the Client.

Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule

• Payments must be made in advance or in milestones, as mutually agreed

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services

All payments are subject to the company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Elite IT Works until full payment is received

• Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights may be transferred to the Client as per the agreed terms

• Elite IT Works reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement

  Limitation of Liability

  Elite IT Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan
